I called the dealership and waited on hold to talk to the manager, Jaime, for about 5 minutes and then was disconnected. I’ve never had to work this hard to give someone $52,000. However, I really did prefer to test drive the car before I paid $52,000 for it. In the end, I even tried to make it work by getting estimates from 15 different car shipping companies. An entry-level sales person would’ve done a much better job. Wednesday morning I had to call the whole thing off because I did not have the flight scheduled as I did not have the credit application processed as Jake said I would Tuesday night. Why that took five days, I’ll never know. On Tuesday, the sales person walked into someone’s office (while I was on the phone) to ask the question about the warranty and they were able to answer it on the spot. These are not difficult things to produce. Jake told me he could process my credit application Tuesday night and knew I could not get it to him until the late afternoon. Ten, I moved three meetings and told him that I could come on Wednesday, if everything was ready by Tuesday. Keep in mind that I need it to fly out there immediately. of course, I never got a call back that day.

The only problem I have had with the car was this past winter the heat didn't work. I am considering trading it in, only because of the amount of miles I have on it. I am at just over 60,000 miles and I am still happy with my Encore. Plenty of room for 2 people and with the back seats folded down there was plenty of cargo space. It was a little bit hard … to pass other cars in the mountains of Pennsylvania but every other part of the trip the driving was great!

Just got back from a 10 day 10 state trip driving through torrential rain (tropical storm Andrea) and the only complaints I have is the Bluetooth wouldn't always connect with my phone and sometimes the GPS wouldn't work. I've been using it for my daily commute of 70 miles round trip.and am getting an average of 27.2 mpg.
